配用返洗中煤炼焦生产实践

摘要

随着近年来炼焦行业的不断发展，对焦炭质量要求的不断提高，而焦化厂又面临着优质、单一的炼焦煤资源日益紧缺的形势。本文通过40kg小焦炉配返洗中煤进行配煤实验分析，提出了返洗中煤在顶装焦炉中应用是可行的，同时通过大量试验也找出了返洗中煤在配煤中合理的配量，来优化配煤结构。从而缓解了优质炼焦煤紧张的形势，进而降低了配煤成本，提高了企业经济效益。 In recent years, coking industry develops more and more faster, at the same time the quality requirement of coke becomes more and more enhanced, and the coking plant faces with the High-quality, single coking coal resources in short supply situation.
