摘要

本文着重议论了在计算机技术、网络技术不断发展，资源数字化技术不断成熟的情况下，电子阅览室如何能更好的为读者提供服务，满足读者的需求，以及高校电子阅览室在如何在功能上的进行完善。 This article focuses on discussing the continuous development of computer technology, network technology, the resources of digital technology continues to mature, electronic reading room, how can better provide the reader service, to meet the needs of readers, as well as colleges and universities electronic reading room in how to functioncarried out to improve.
