对黄连属植物云南黄连Coptis teeta wall.根茎的乙醇提取物进行反复硅胶、凝胶、反相柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱分离纯化,运用波谱学方法鉴定了12个化合物,分别为3,5,7-三羟基-6,8-二甲基黄酮(3,5,7-trihydroxy-6,8-dimeth-ylflavone,1),阿魏酸(ferulic acid,2),Z-咖啡酸硬脂醇酯(Z-octadecyl caffeate,3),原儿茶酸(protocateehuic acid,4),丹参素甲酯(methyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenyl lactate,5),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(3,4-dihydroxy phenethyl alcohol,6),3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(+)-落叶松树脂醇[(+)-lariciresinol,8],woorenoside Ⅰ(9),woorenosideⅡ(10),longifolroside A(11),(+)-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (12).所有化合物均为首次从云南黄连中得到,其中化合物1,4,7,11首次从该属植物中得到.
