摘要

Remote data communication can be realized using Sockets class in C# to write a protocol similar to FTP.This procedure can change observers’ bare edited messages during meteorological observation into standard format of meteorological telegraphs automatically,and then sent them to a specified server through the network.It solves the problem that a message cann’t be sent timely while the network is interrupted abnormally,and it can also send a variety of unconventional and offtime telegraphs in forecasting business.
