摘要:
Granular segregation induced by an external driving force,an ancient but fascinating topic, has attracted intensive attention from academic society for two decades.[1-3] Despite its seeming simplicity,a binary granular mixture, which produces a wealth of complex patterns,self-organizing orderings or component segregations via the external exchange of energy and entropy, involves profound non-equilibrium statistics and non-linear physics.
