摘要

With the increasing proportion of the middle aged and elderly people,the aging of society has become a worldwide issue.Life experience and sufficient leisure time of the elderly are treasures of families and the whole society.The study focuses on improving life value and quality of the elderly,aims at ensuring them to enjoy highquality leisure life.Taking Hailing Island for example,health tourism resources on the island were analyzed,and health tourism development strategies summarized,and the elderly’leisure was explored from the perspective of health tourism,which is a brand-new perspective concerning the seniors and development of coastal tourism destinations.
