摘要:
Laser intensity can be modulated by reflecting part of the output light into the laser cavity by a mirror which is called the feedback effect, first reported by King and Steward[1] in 1960s.Compared to the conventional interferometer, one fringe of the feedback effect also corresponds to the optical path of half wavelength, but there is only one arm in the feedback system.Because of this, the feedback system has the advantages of simplicity,self-alignment,and there has been lots of interest in optical feedback. The feedback technique has been greatly improved, and has been widely used in the measurement of displacement,[2] Doppler velocity,[3] imaging,[4] and vibration.
