摘要

This special issue of "Journal of Computational Mathematics" assembles papers presented at The Second China-Russia Conference on Numerical Algebra with Applications (CRCNAA 2013) held in June 25-29,2013,at Rostov-on-Don,Russia.About 80 participants from China and Russia attended the conference.Among them there were 20 invited keynote speakers,16 contributed speakers,and more than 25 contributed posters.The conference was organized by the Southern Federal University of Russia;and chaired by Lev A.Krukier,the Southern Federal University,Russia,and Zhong-Ci Shi,the Chinese Academy of Sciences,China.The organizing committee consisted of Lev A.Krukier,Mikhail I.Karyakin,Galina V.Muratova,Olga A.Pichugina,Irina N.Shabas,Boris L.Krukier,Evgenia M.Andreeva and Svetlana A.Vinogradova.
