摘要

With maleic acid as the raw material,6-methyl-4-hydroxy-2-pyrone,6-methyl-4-alkoxy-2-pyrone and 6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-acyl-2-pyrone derivatives were obtained via loop closing,O-alkylation and acylation reaction,and antifungal activity was also tested. Structure of products was characterized by1 H NMR and MS,and preliminary biological activity tests showed that some of this series of compounds had good inhibitory activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium moniliforme Sheld.
