摘要

At the sub-forum meeting of "Water Ecological Civilization and Water Ecological Infrastructure" at the Eco Forum Global Annual Conference Guiyang 2014,government representatives,international academics,and industry experts reached the consensus that water infrastructure be developed as a way to manage water resources and increase environmental protection,as well as promote the advancement of water-based societies.
