摘要

As major policy put forward by the new leadership of China,urbanization will play an irreplaceable role in improving people’s living standards and guaranteeing sustainable growth of economy. But in the process of urbanization,there are many problems,such as environmental damage and ecological imbalance. Therefore,organic combination of eco-civilization construction and urbanization will be the key solving the problem.As one of preconditions of planning and project,environmental impact assessment will also play pivotal role in eco-civilization construction of urbanization in China. We detailedly introduce environmental impact assessment,and put forward how to effectively use environmental impact assessment for the eco-civilization construction of urbanization in China.
