WOPLD ORDER,the book authored by 91- Henry Kissinger, t to the President Affairs and later concurrently as Secretary of State in the administra- tions of Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, and whose opinion was subsequently sought by five U.S. Presidents, sparked a global discussion upon its publication in 2014, one that merits China＇s attention.
