摘要

ALONG with deepened reforms ion actions Hunt 2014 ＇s economy has entered a ＂new normal.＂ The con- cept of governance according to law was raised once more at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） last October. It signifies that the rule of law will govern the future sound devel- opment of the Chinese economy.
