In recent years, China and Russia have witnessed lots of highlights in their energy cooperation, with breakthroughs and achievements made in some major programs.Deepening energy cooperation is not only afuture-oriented strategic move for the two countries, but also an important and fundamental element of their relations, which is of great significanceto their national interests.
