The year 2016 marks the 20th anniversary of the China-Russia comprehensive strat,e,gic partnership (hereinafter referred to as the strategic partnership).Over the past two decades,China and Russia have made consistent efforts to enrich and deepen this new type of state-tostate relations.On the occasion of commemorating this important diplomatic event,it is timely to review the development of this strategic partnership over the past two decades and to look at its future prospects.
