China's largest otfshore oil and natural gas developer's 2015 net profits slumped 66.4 percent year on year due to lower oil prices,the company said in late March 2016.China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) made 20.2 billion yuan (US$3.1 billion) in profit last year,according to the company's annual report.
