摘要

With the continued advance of the US's "rebalancing to the Asia-Pacific," the divergence between China and the United States regarding maritime disputes and cyber security has been exacerbated from time to time,further demonstrating the United States' tough stance toward China and its tendency to strengthen competition with China.Some scholars argue the China-US relationship has come to a "tipping point" where it is closer to intensity in all respects.
