摘要

Advancing Chinas cooperation in production capacity with foreign countries has been elevated to a national strategy.Seen as an upgraded version of the previous "going global" strategy and an important way of implementing the Belt and Road Initiative,it has drawn a great deal of attention both at home and abroad.The focus now is on firmly seizing the opportunities,calmly tackling the various challenges and making solid steps in capacity cooperation.
