摘要

In 2016,a new control system was designed and implemented for 320 kV platform.Different from the old control system,the new control system is based on Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS).The new control system is 3-layer structure.Input/output controllers is in charge of devices control.Because there are several sorts of control interface,relevant device controllers are used to unify them.For those devices with serial control interface,such as RS232,RS485,etc.,LAN-to-serial port gateways are used to access these devices.For those devices with Ethernet based control interface,they are accessed directly by IOC.While other devices that need to be controlled with the central signals,PLC was used to access these devices.The communication between IOC and PLC is based on TCP socket.The hardware setup is shown in Fig.1.
