摘要

In this paper, we conduct research on the combat skills training and enhanced mode under the core perspectives of comprehensive physical ascension. In recent years, with rapid development of science and technology and the gradually deep understanding of the life science, people understand the training laws also in development, from the new knowledge and produce a new training theory and method in practice as the old training mode has been breakthrough as development. The theoretical basis of the physical is largely based on the organism biological adaptation for the moving load, the improvement of quality of that any sport is through the various parts of the organism various systems, organs, muscles and even the change of each cell to realize the bit by bit. Our research combines the principles of the comprehensive physical ascension to propose the idea that is meaningful.
