摘要

An outstanding college teacher is not only a spiritual leader who shows the charm of a master but also a tech-savvy who takes the academic high ground. Moreover, an outstanding college teacher are supposed to have such qualities as the consciousness of innovation and intellectual creativity, the rich culture deposits and comprehensive structure of knowledge as well as the ability to value the integration of knowing and doing in practice. To become outstanding, the college teacher requires being cultured and talented, having the enthusiasm for educating others and the inner motivation of learning and teaching at the same time. In the end, cultivating a outstanding college teacher depends on the combined effect of the internal and external factors. The career of a teacher has the widest range, which needs a kind of educational belief. Becoming an outstanding college teacher is not so much the pursuit of anyone who has a dream to be a teacher as the call of the times or the mission of history.
