BGK模型稳定性分析及其改进

摘要

The BGK model,as a simplified model of lattice Boltzmann method,has been widely used in the numerical simulation of fluid mechanics.However,the equilibrium distribution function of the BGK model will produce negative value when the flow velocity is greater than 0.816,which is one of the reasons that the BGK model is usually unstable in flow simulation with high Mach number.In this paper,D2Q9 model is taken as an example to analyze the reason of the instability of BGK model,and two new equilibrium distribution functions are developed to improve the numerical stability of the BGK model.Numerical example indicates that the improved model can keep stable when the flow velocity is relatively.
