摘要

The Belt and Road Initiative is a great conception of Comrade Xi Jinping’s and is also significant decision-making by the CPC Central Committee to actively respond to the profound changes of the international situation as well as the new situation, new task and new requirements facing China’s development, surrounding the promotion of opening-up and international cooperation. The Belt and Road Initiative for the past 3 years, from conception to consensus polymerization, from top-level design to project implementation, its cooperation continuously yields fruits and rapidly generates a significant impact on the world.
