摘要

On Feb 23rd,2014,a journalist of the CPECC(Iraq) Journal met with Mr.Uhai,who at that moment was welding embedded parts in CPECC's Rumaila prefabrication yard.He told the journalist that he had trained to be a primary welder in CPECC's Iraq Training Center,and that he was part of the second batch of graduates.He proudly said that he had most certainly been recruited by CPECC on account of his excellent performance,and that he had worked for CPECC's Iraq Branch for 9 months.His case is not unique;he,along with 110 other welders,makes up the bountiful harvest of CPECC's Iraq Training Center.
