摘要

In 1993,in the context of China's opening-up,reforms,and economic globalization,Chinese oil companies,such as China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC),started their international businesses under the guidance of the government's key decision to fully utilize its resources both at home and abroad.After twenty years of rapid development,Chinese oil companies have become important players in the international oil and gas market with their overseas business growing bigger and stronger.
