摘要

The development of human rights in modern worm requires the sameattitude to all segments of society and to all people without any exclusion.Everyone has the same rights and no one can be deprived of these rights onthe basis of any features, especially disability. The aim of this study isrevealing of the challenges encountered in the integration of persons withdisabilities into society of Azerbaijan. The main value in this study is givento the inclusive infrastructure, in view of the fact that it is an importantaspect contributing the integration of persons with disability into society.The method of literature review and legal analysis is carried out in thestudy. To determine the attitude of the population to the construction ofinclusive environment a questionnaire survey of the population wasconducted. On the basis of this research, proposals that can facilitate theinte~rration of persons with disabilities have been forwarded.
