摘要

A new yellow leaf spot disease of citrus was found in Guangxi province in recent years.Isolation and identification of pathogen was conducted for the disease control and prevention.Based on morphological characteristics and sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS and upon its position in the phylogenetic tree relative to other known sequences,the dominant pathogenic strain NPDMB-1 was identified as Pestalotiopsis microspora.This is the first report of P.microspora causing yellow leaf spot disease on citrus in China.
