摘要

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) have been reported in various cancer types.A small portion of tumor cells that possess tumor initiation capacity,resist conventional drug treatment and correlate with poor prognosis are believed to be essential to drive tumor progression and metastasis.Therefore,successfully targeting CSCs is a promising strategy of cancer treatment.
