摘要

Acute pancreatitis is a common disease in emergency,it seriously harm human health for high morbidity and mortality,severe acute pancreatitis is more harmful especially,reported 13 ％ of mortality.Acute pancreatitis causes intestinal mucosal epithelial cell apoptosis,leads to intestinal mucosal barrier function injury,induces enterogenous infection,eventually leads to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and even death.We will review the mechanism of acute pancreatitis intestinal mucosa epithelial cells apoptosis and related protective research for induced intestinal mucosal barrier function injury in this paper.
