摘要

Tetanus is easy to be misdiagnosed or not diagnosed but can be effectively prevented by clinicians.We reviewed and discussed the epidemiology,pathogenic conditions,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,medical therapy and surgical procedures of the tetanus.We hope it can provide references for clinicians especially emergency physicians in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tetanus.
