摘要

Acute decompensated heart failure remains a major public health issue.To the patients with ADHF,particularly with severe electrolyte disturbances,renal dysfunction,and hemodynamic instability,first-line drugs recommended by the current guidelines are often ineffective.Blood purification technology not only can effectively improve the retention of water and sodium,but also can remove small molecules such as creatinine,it has become one of the important treatment methods of ADHF.Based on the principle and mode of blood purification technology,this article reviews the indications,therapy timing,advantages and disadvantages of the treatment.
