摘要

Intracranial aneurysm in the Department of neurosurgery is called "no time bomb",it is also the main reason of Subarachnoid hemorrhage.Once broken,it will cause great burden to the family and society because of the high mortality and morbidity.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to study the prognostic risk factors of aSAH and the clinical tratment,It can not only guide clinical early prediction of these risk factors,but also guide doctors to implement more effective treatment strategies,In this paper,the related risk factors and treadment of aSAH are reviewed.
