摘要

In the context of alienation of cooperative development in China,the concept of cooperative entrepreneurs’ ability was expounded based on the theory of entrepreneurial competence,and then factors restricting the development of cooperative entrepreneurs’ ability in China were analyzed. Finally,some countermeasures were put forward.
