Eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps is an immune inflammatory disease with high incidence rate and complicated mechanism.The target of treatment is still unclear.Chemokines,as an important component of immune inflammatory response,playing an important role in the pathogenesis of eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,and being one of the focuses of the researches.It is discussed in this paper that the role and possible intervention measures of the chemokines combined their specific receptor in the occurrence and development in the eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,trying to find new therapeutic targets and provide new ideas for priceseand personalized treatment of the disease.
