摘要

In 22 years a newborn child grows up,in 22 years a seedling grows into a leafy tree-and 22years is the time that Fujian and Ningxia have cooperated toward prosperity.The story of this paired cooperation is like water, developing from drip,to trickle,to flow into the sea from every part of Liupan Mountains as well as from the heart of Ningxia.For more than two decades, a Fujian-Ningxia cooperative mechanism has meant that tens of thousands of Fujian merchants have started businesses in Ningxia,while tens of thousands of impoverished Ningxia people have found stable employment.
