摘要

Interface effect is one of the central topics for decades [1-3].For inorganic composites,interface effect is mainly induced by interface stress [4] and interface charge transfer [4-6],in which interface charge transfer is a main factor affecting the chemical property of composites.A considerable amount of interface charge transfer occur at the interface of composites because of the difference of electronic states between two materials,which further changes electronic states of material near the interface [6,7],forming an "space-charge region" with unique electronic states locally (Fig.1a).
