摘要

Manufacturing is the backbone of the national economy,the root of national stability,and the foundation of national strength.The quality of a country's manufacturing industry is a concentrated representation of its core competencies and overall capabilities.China has thus made the strategic decision to strengthen its real economy and continue improving its manufacturing industry.
