In his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping proposes to'forge a new form of international relationship featuring mutual respect,fairness and justice,and win-win cooperation,and build a community with a shared future for mankind',1 which points out the direction for the a major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in a new era.
