摘要

Lung cancer is one of the most lethal tumors,although in earlier times,lung cancer can be effectively intervened through surgery,but the 5-year survival rate is less than 55%because of easy relapse and easy drug resistance.With the progress of immunotherapy,methods of activating the immune system and relieving immune tolerance have become new direction of treatment of tumor from the whole body,and the newly discovered immunologic fatigue mechanism explains the reason of poor effect of immunotherapy on some patients and finds that low dose of decitabine can relieve the immunologic fatigue.On the other hand,radiotherapy has a significant effect on the killing of the tumor,and the disintegrating tumor cells can release the antigen and further activate the systemic immune system.Therefore,the combination of immunotherapy and radiotherapy shows great prospect to achieve therapeutic effect,and this paper describes the recent progress of immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in lung cancer treatment.
