Therapeutic Value of Trastuzumab Combined with Chemotherapy in Patients with Her2-Positive Locally Advanced Breast Cancer

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of trastuzumab and chemotherapy in patients with Her2-positive locally advanced breast cancer.Methods:Fifty patients with Her2-positive locally advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group(conventional chemotherapy)and observation group(conventional chemotherapy+trastuzumab).Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups.Conclusion:The application of trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy in treating Her2-positive locally advanced breast cancer patients can effectively improve its clinical efficacy and has good safety which is worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
