摘要

On September 7,2013,in his speech at Kazakhstan's Nazarbayev University,Chinese President Xi Jinping for the first time proposed the joint building of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".Located in the hinterland of Eurasia,Kazakhstan is an important trade and transportation hub connecting European and Asian countries.Thanks to its unique geographical location,it is of great significance to the establishment of the cross-continent logistics channel in Central Asia.Kazakhstan has long maintained close cooperation with China in various fields,especially the oil and gas industry.
