摘要

Grimes:Improving observations and forecasts in high mountains are one of WMO's key areas of focus.These objectives are really in line with the mandate of the Third Pole Environment (TPE).We are in the process of framing our plans and actions to allow us to prioritize the core areas of focus as we move forward.We recognize that there are a lot of mountains to climb and we are eager to work with meteorological and research communities around the world.
