Highly reactive radical species play an important role in synthetic chemistry,industrial processes,and environmental remediation applications [1,2].The radicals can be formed by either thermal decomposition of highly active oxidants or by catalytic activation of stable oxidants under mild conditions [2].Recently,the sulfate radical (.S04) with its advantages of strong oxidizing power,selective reactivity,and stability over a broad range of pH has emerged as an excellent and versatile oxidant for a variety of application [3].
