摘要

In September 2013, President Xi Jinping proposed for the first time in Kazakhstan the joint building of the "Silk Road Economic Belt". On October 3,2013, on his visit to Indonesia, President Xi addressed the Indonesian parliament, expressing China's willingness to strengthen maritime cooperation with ASEAN countries, make good use of the China-ASEAN Maritime Cooperation Fund established by the Chinese government, develop a good marine partnership, and jointly build the 21stCentury Maritime Silk Road.
