摘要

From April 8 to 18, 2018, at the invitation of ChinaNGO Network for Intemational Exchanges （CNIE）,a delegation from neighboring countries visitedChina. The 19-member delegation was composedof representatives of civil organizations, thinktanks, media and former political leaders fromfive member countries of Shanghai CooperationOrganization, namely Russia, Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
