摘要

In September 2013,President Xi Jinping proposed the joint building of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" for the first time in Kazakhstan.On October 3,2013,on his visit to Indonesia,President Xi addressed the Indonesian parliament,expressing China's willingness to strengthen maritime cooperation with ASEAN countries,to make good use of the China-ASEAN Maritime Cooperation Fund established by the Chinese government,to develop a good marine partnership,and to jointly build the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
