摘要

Irradiation(IR)with high linear energy transfer(LET)heavy ions has been applied in cancer therapy.The obvious characteristies of heavy ion therapy is inducing irreparable DNA damage.Refractory and complex DNA damage is comprised of multiple types such as DNA double strand breaks(DSBs),single strand breaks(SSB)and bases lesions[1].However,dynamic process of the recognition and early response being recruited to DNA complex damage site is still in the preliminary stage of exploration.
