摘要

Energetic heavy ion beams from the HIRFL-CSR RIBLL2 will be extracted from the accelerator vacuum through a film vacuum window of thin metal.The transmission efficiency,mechanical strength to sustain the atmospheric pressure,film material(pure titanium),the rise of the film temperature(Because the beam intensity is very low,this issue becomes trivial)and the seal form(filamentary silver and sealing groove)are the main concerns.
