Brugada syndrome is a kind of hereditary arrhythmia, which is a group of clinical syndrome characterized by the typical ECG and the high incidence of sudden death. The therapeutic effect of implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) is thought to reduce sudden death in patients with Brugada syndrome, but some patients have repeated discharge after ICD is installed.Recently,a novel approach to ablate the substrate located in the anterior epicardial region of the right ventricular outflow tract showed promising results. Here we report a case of successful elimination of Brugada waves.
