摘要

The supply-side reform is an important measure for the high-quality development of China's economy in the new era.The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism and influence of technological progress,human capital,consumption demand,resource endowment and government intervention on the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,and to deepen the understanding of supply-side reform.
